A. A lot of buyers don't use credit cards and prefer to pay in

Q. Ken, why don't you answer my email! I've already emailed you x
times...
A. This is a big problem for some people--and me because I answer
EVERY email I receive. When my reply is not received, most people get
upset, thinking I'm ignoring them. I'm not, of course. If you haven't
received your information it is because many email hosts often have
legitimate email or attachments blocked through their anti-spam filters.
There are two answers:
1. Check
that you have your email permissions set to accept email from me. Make
sure you have put the following email addresses on your "whitelist",
"accepted email" or "friends" list
so that your host is not blocking email from me. Note: Remember to remove
the second @ :

When
you have checked that, reply with your payment or question details through
the email address at the bottom of this page,
and I can then try sending your information to you again.
2. If you
have a choice, don't use free or web-based email hosts like Hotmail,
Yahoo!, MSN and particularly AOL. These have the most stringent spam
filters available, and they even filter out my newsletters that you've
signed up for! It could be because the word "lotto" appears
a few times in the email and they mistook the message for spam. If you
HAVE to use these email programs, then follow all the steps in (1) and
also look through your deleted folder. You'll often find my reply sitting
there. If not, complain to your host.
Q. I'm getting your LOTTO-TIPS newsletter, so you must be able to get
my emails!
A. Many people wonder why they're getting the LOTTO-TIPS newsletter
but not my emails with their information. That's because the newsletter
emails come from a different internet provider. Because of the crazy
spam situation these days, one host is often blocked and the other not.
For that reason I send other replies out through different hosts too,
in order to try and get them through for you.

DELIVERY
One of the main reasons people email me is that they haven't have received
their product. The real problem why they haven't got the product is
answered below. So keep reading:
Q. Ken,
I haven't received your product online yet. I ordered it x hours/ days
ago, and I'm waiting still. Where is it?
A. The most likely reason is that you didn't see the link on
the payment page after you filled in your credit card details. It will
say something like: "Please click here to continue your order."
All is not lost...email me below and I'll check your payment has gone
through, then send your information to you.
Or...
Your internet host (these are the companies like AOL, Yahoo, MSN and
Hotmail which handle your email account), have BLOCKED the information
getting back to you. Why? It could be because the word "lotto"
appears a few times in the email and they mistook the message for spam.
It's very annoying for both of us. So here's what you should do about
it before emailing me:
1)
Make sure that you have your email program permissions set to accept
email from me. It varies from host to host... some call it a "whitelist"
or "friends" or "safe list" or "accepted
email."
2)
You need to do the permissions on your computer as well as through
your host so that your email program is not stopping it. Check your
"Blocked email" or "Deleted" folders and see that
my email address is not there.
3)
These are the addresses you need to set to accept.

Then email me through my email address located at the bottom
of this page. Send as much information about your purchase as you
can. While I have a record of everyone, I also have several payments
areas to search. To look up each one takes a lot of time. The more
you can tell me... dates, product you bought, payment method etc,
the better.
Q. I'm an AOL user, and I haven't got your product yet.
A. You need to check your "Mail and Spam Controls"
menu in your email section to allow mail from these addresses. Note:

Q. I've lost my file and download information.
A. Email me through my email address at the bottom
of this page with your email receipt details. If you do not have those
- if your hard drive information crashed, as often happens - give me
as much information as you can... your date of purchase, whether you
bought through ClickBank or the alternate link, and WHAT you bought!
I have many products, so tell me as much as you remember.

PDF PROBLEMS
Q. Ken, my PDF file won't open. Or I've lost it in my computer. Why
do you use such complicated things anyway!
A. I agree. It's not simple to start with if you're a newbie.
But the PDF file is best overall for quality and ease of printing. And
it can be opened with a Mac too, unlike those clumsy .EXE files which
some email hosts block completely.

Q. When I tried to open your PDF file, I got a message like "This
file is damaged and not a PDF file..."
A. That simply means you've tried opening it through your web
browser. Try opening Acrobat Reader and then opening the file through
the top menu: FILE > OPEN
Q. Why do you use PDF anyway! Why not sell it as a hardcopy book?
A. The Honest Lotto System is only available as a digital PDF
file. PDF is short for Portable Document File from Adobe (www.adobe.com).
This online method means you get the manual almost instantly. It is
a great way to view the Honest Lotto System manual either onscreen through
the free Acrobat Reader, or you can print it out as a top quality book.

Once
you have Reader installed you don't have to do anything else. Just click
on your PDF file and it will open automatically for you.

PROBLEMS WITH THE POST
Q. I sent a check/postal note by mail x weeks ago and haven't heard

A. I don't accept checks, postal notes, bank checks or money
orders any longer. Ususally I'll send it back to you, and this may account
for the delay.
Q. I sent my cash by registered mail but I haven't heard from you.
A. You didn't put your email address in with your payment. Email
me from the link at the bottom of this page and tell me as much as you
can about your payment.. when you sent it, the amount, what you ordered,
and give your name and address in the email.
OR...
Your email address wasn't written too clearly, and I sent the access
directions off mistakenly to someone else. Bonus for them! So if you
think your access email should have arrived by now, email me with the
details of your payment. I will track it down and send it again.
OR...
Some mail takes a while, maybe longer than the 5-7 days that is normal.
Some mail hasn't turned up for 2 weeks or more. Don't ask me why some
postal services are faster than others. So just be patient... your mail
will eventually get here.
Q. Can I send a personal check as payment?
A. Sorry, my bank won't accept these. It needs to be cash in
US dollars, and I recommend you register your mail as security. I
don't accept checks, postal notes, bank checks or money orders any
longer.

but it's your decision. Because you signed up through my Millionaire
Test or newsletter, you need to remove yourself from my mailing
list - it is a precaution to ensure you are the owner of your email
address. Just go to the bottom of the newsletter you received and follow
the instructions to unsubscribe.
Q. How can I send you my new email address for the newsletter?
A. You have to do it yourself, as a security precaution against
someone else pretending they're you. Just do these quick two steps:

some more questions people ask about refunds:
- I
didn't win your 80% percentage so I want my money back.
You may not win as much as me...though some have won more. Do you pay
out $60 each week or use all the lines in your Honest Lotto System like
I do? Most people don't, and wonder why they don't get my own success
rate.
- Your
system wasn't what I expected.
I don't know of any product that is more standard than a lotto system.
Realize that you're going to have to put down a few numbers in a sequence--and
my Honest Lotto System is easier to work out than many systems I've
heard about. But if you have problems working out the numbers, you can

done for you with your own special numbers.
- I
haven't received it /can't download it, so I want my money back.
If you haven't received it, then my apologies for this complex business
we call the internet. It can be confusing. I spent hours each week tweaking
and fiddling to make your access experience the easiest it can possibly
be. I give great support. No-one has yet failed in many thousands of
downloads to acquire my system. It may take a couple of messages, but
in the end even the most fresh newbie will get it.

BEFORE YOU EMAIL ME...
1. If
you're replying, put all of the original email text in your message.
Press "Reply" on your email program and your email will then
usually include the original message. That will save a lot of bother
all round because it saves me having to look up all your separate replies
if you emailed me before.
2. Don't
leave the subject line blank. If you can't think of anything relevant,
just put the words "Lotto question" in there. I won't open
email with a blank subject line.
3. Stay
cool. Remember almost all problems are caused by your computer and
your internet hosts - not me. I'm just a friendly guy who wants to help
